These forms are intended to be submitted AFTER you have attempted to register. Do not submit until registration is open and you have already tried to register for a course in which you have received an error message. 

These forms are for Agricultural Sciences (AG) classes only. For non AG courses, please contact the department offering the course (i.e. for a course with the prefix CHEM, contact the department of Chemistry and Biochemistry).

The first step to registration problem solving is to read all of the error messages. Registration errors explained. Proceed only if you receive an error while trying to add a course to your schedule.
