BEGREEN Farm In A Box

BEGREEN Farm In A Box is a research and demonstration project that involves growing plants for food in raised beds and floating gardens. This project is in partnership with McCoy’s Building Supply. BEGREEN Farm In A Box will involve students in the project to increase awareness in sustainable agriculture. With this focus, BEGREEN’s objective is to demonstrate maintaining a vegetable garden in limited space and evaluate benefits of food production in raised beds and floating gardens. The dedication of this partnership project was held on February 23, 2017 at the Freeman Center.
